These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and FastCorp Ltd. (“FastCorp”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Bulgaria.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

FastCorp helps international entrepreneurs set up and manage Bulgarian companies, both remotely and in person. Our services include (but are not limited to) company incorporation, VAT registration, banking assistance, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and additional business support.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the onboarding process.
  • Comply with Bulgarian and EU laws, as well as the laws of your home country.

3. Services We Provide

Our core services include:

  • Company Formation (EOOD or OOD) – Remote or in-person setup.
  • VAT Registration – Included in all company formation packages.
  • Banking Assistance – Help with opening accounts with suggested providers (e.g., Revolut, Wise, Unicredit, Paysera). We cannot guarantee account approval; final decision rests with the bank.
  • Virtual Office Address – For company registration and official correspondence.
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting – VAT reporting, annual returns, payroll, tax compliance.
  • Additional Services – Residency assistance, legal advice, business consulting.

Services may be updated or expanded at our discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are listed in EUR (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is due in full before services begin.
  • Optional add-ons are billed separately and clearly priced.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide all requested documents and information promptly.
  • Keep your contact details up to date.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain proper accounting records if you opt not to use our bookkeeping service.

6. Processing Times

  • Remote company formation: 3–5 working days after all required documents and payments are received.
  • In-person formation: 2–3 working days after your visit to our Sofia office.

These timeframes are indicative only and provided for planning purposes.

FastCorp is not legally bound by these estimates, and actual processing times may vary due to factors outside our control — including (but not limited to) government delays, banking procedures, courier issues, and incomplete or late client submissions.

You agree that delays beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract, and no compensation or liability will arise from such delays.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available if work has not yet started on your order.
  • Once incorporation documents have been prepared or submitted, no refunds will be issued.
  • For ongoing services (e.g., bookkeeping), refunds are not provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.

8. Banking Disclaimer

We assist with banking applications but do not control or influence the bank’s decision.

Bank account opening is subject to the bank’s independent compliance checks and policies.

9. Legal & Tax Disclaimer

FastCorp is not a law firm or tax authority. While we assist with compliance and reporting:

  • You remain legally responsible for your company’s activities, tax obligations, and reporting accuracy.
  • We recommend seeking independent legal or tax advice when necessary.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services by giving written notice.

You remain responsible for any outstanding fees up to the termination date.

FastCorp may terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You provide false or misleading information.
  • You engage in illegal or unethical business activities.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
